FAQ's

We use a variety of carriers to send out all of our orders from our warehouse in America. We offer free delivery over a certain amount based on your location. Please see our Delivery page for a full breakdown of prices and delivery times.
Changed your mind? No problem, these things happen. If you'd like to alter or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you have received shipping confirmation it's not possible to amend or cancel your order. In this instance, please return your order once you have received it as per our standard returns policy.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package. Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, but we aim to get your order to you within 4 business days. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the returned goods must be in original condition. Please fill out the return form that you received with your order. If you are missing a return label you can create your own here. See our Returns page for more information on how to return your order.
As soon as we receive the items you've returned, we'll start processing your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes between 2-4 days.
If your item appears faulty either by production mistake or is torn, you can claim it using this link. In accordance with the Danish Purchase Act we offer repair and compensation of the claimed product, and you have up to two years to claim your item. We accept claims against the representation of a receipt or an order confirmation. If in doubt please contact our Customer Care team.
